Stressed

I became really depressed over the years.  My nation was in deep economic stress and the war against spain hasnt help the economy overtime. I've been feeling ill and I have guilt for costing the country over so much on the war.

On January 15 1559, I was remember this day exactly; it was the day i was crowned Queen. The  Banquet exquist which cost around 3.5 million. I walked on the water of blue carpet strutting my stuff across the floor.

My Father, Henry VII

My father married my mother, Anne Boleyn, and had me on September 7, 1533. My father and mother concevied again but my brother was stillborn. After my brother had died, my father charged incest and adultery against my mother and she was beheaded on May 19, 1536. I couldnt believe my fathers actions and I miss my mother very much. My father had re-married to Jane Seymour and on addition to our family, Jane gave birth to a son, Edward.

Love Life

I plan on never getting married, many ask the question "Why?".  I have many reasons for my choice! I had watched my mother get mistreated by my father for many years and ever since I was young knew that I would not allow that to happen to me.   But I will admit that there was one man I was interested in but sadly he was married at the wrong time. His name is Robert Dudley actually his wife recently past away! Even though Robert is newly single I can not marry him after this scandal.

Mother Arrested

I was at the royal manor at Hunsdon when my mother was arrested and executed after being at court for Christmas. It was the worst day of my life by far, everyone was devastated. It was also the last time i saw her, and the first time I ever saw her scared.

Cousin Mary

Today my cousin came to this country and was put under house arrest, she expected me to welcome her with open arms.  Mary, Queen of Scots, was exiled from her own country! The Catholics of this country seem to think she has a strong and legitimate claim to this throne.  She has been my enemy for many decades, and I can see that she will be a grave threat.  I decided to sign her death warrant, she is being executed tomorrow.
